Deposit Policy: 50% of entire stay is due at time of booking reservation. However, one night stays requires full amount charged for deposit.
For the comfort of our guests, we are now a non-smoking property and require guests to move away from any buildings should they wish to step outside and smoke. We will charge $250 if we detect that a unit has been smoked in.
