Cancellation
A cancellation charge of $25 will be charged if cancelled 7 days prior. Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
All Holidays, February Vacation and Christmas Week cancellations are allowed up to 14 days prior to check in with a $50 penalty. Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
Deposit Policy: 50% of entire stay is due at time of booking reservation. However, one night stays requires full amount charged for deposit.

CHECK-IN: is after 4:00 PM
CHECK-OUT: is by 10:00 AM
Minimum Stay
A two-night minimum stay may be required unless otherwise stated. Additional nights may be required during holidays and vacation periods
No Smoking
For the comfort of our guests, we are now a non-smoking property and require guests to move away from any buildings should they wish to step outside and smoke. We will charge $250 if we detect that a unit has been smoked in.
Pets
Pets are allowed in specific buildings – Zurich and Chateau 134. Contact us directly.
Reservation
Individual responsible for reservation must be 18 years of age

NOTE:

Although we own a large percentage of the resort, some accommodations are owned by families just like you and do not provide air conditioning. Units with AC are available at a slightly higher rate. Please contact the resort to determine the availability of rooms with AC.

All units are supplied with linens, towels, paper products, iron and ironing board for your stay.

There is a midweek towel change for stays of 3 days or more.
