You can easily make a reservation by clicking the “Book Now” button on our website. Simply enter your dates of stay, select your preferred accommodation, and follow the prompts to complete your booking. You can also reserve by calling our front desk at (603) 383-9101.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty. A cancellation made within 7 days of arrival will result in a charge of one night’s room rate plus tax, or a $25 cancellation fee.
Yes. For stays up to 4 nights, a deposit equal to one night’s stay plus applicable taxes and fees is required. For stays longer than 4 nights, a deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to secure your reservation.
We accept cash, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that personal or company checks are not accepted at check-in. The balance of your stay is due upon arrival.

Check-in at Nordic Village Resort is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please drop your keys in the drop box by the front door upon departure.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in at Nordic Village Resort.
Pets are allowed in select units, including Zurich and Chateau 134. Please contact us directly to reserve a pet-friendly unit. Pets are not permitted in other units and will result in a $250 fee if brought into non pet-friendly accommodations. Pets may not be left unattended in units.
We are happy to take requests for early check-in or late check-out. While we cannot guarantee early access or a delayed departure, please call the front desk prior to your arrival and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
For the comfort of all guests, Nordic Village Resort is a non-smoking property. Guests who wish to smoke are required to do so away from all buildings. A $250 fee will be charged if smoking is detected in any unit.

Nordic Village Resort offers a wide range of amenities for all ages, including Alpine Park with outdoor recreation like soccer, baseball, bocce, croquet, and horseshoes; nightly summer bonfires with s’mores kits available; and indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs open year-round.
Guests can also enjoy a fitness center (18+) with cardio equipment, weights, sauna, outdoor spa, and seasonal pool; a game room with pool tables, ping-pong, bumper pool, board games, and a reading area; an outdoor playground; tennis and basketball courts with equipment available at the front desk; and scenic trails for walking, hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing in winter. A small store offers sundries and Nordic Village merchandise.

Located below the Narvik building, it features two treadmills, two recumbent bikes, two ellipticals, a four-way Nautilus machine, free weights, and a heavy bag and speed bag. For your convenience, lockers and shower rooms are also available.
