Non Holiday: Seven day cancellation policy with a $25.00 cancellation fee.
All Holidays and Holiday weekends, July & August, Christmas vacation week and February vacation week: Fourteen day cancellation policy with a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Minimum Stay
A two-night minimum stay may be required unless otherwise stated. Additional nights may be required during holidays and vacation periods
No Smoking
For the comfort of our guests, we are now a non-smoking property and require guests to move away from any buildings should they wish to step outside and smoke. We will charge $250 if we detect that a unit has been smoked in.
Pets
Pets are allowed in specific buildings – Zurich and Chateau 134. Contact us directly.

Individual responsible for reservation must be 18 years of age

NOTE:

Although we own a large percentage of the resort, some accommodations are owned by families just like you and do not provide air conditioning. Units with AC are available at a slightly higher rate. Please contact the resort to determine the availability of rooms with AC.
