Before you make your reservations, please review these details about your accommodations.
- RATES: Rates are per unit, per night based on minimum occupancy. Nordic Village Resorts’ 12% amenities fee and 9% NH State Tax are additional. There is an additional charge for extra guests.
- MINIMUM STAY: A two-night minimum stay may be required unless otherwise stated. Additional nights may be required during holidays and vacation periods.
- ADVANCE RENTAL DEPOSIT: Advance reservations require a deposit equal to 50% of the total charge of the stay. Advance deposit must be submitted by cash, check or money order within 10 days of booking the reservation. A credit card may be used for the deposit only if there is insufficient time to mail a check.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: As part of the registration process, guests are required to sign a release form stating acceptance of responsibility for payment of any damages to the unit or Nordic Village's properties occurring during their stay. A $150 security deposit is required at check-in for guests without a valid credit card. Cash security deposits will be refunded provided there is no damage to the unit.
- CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival will result in a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within the 7 days of the arrival date will result in the loss of one night's stay. Note that cancellation policy may differ during some holiday periods or special events.
- CHECK-IN: is after 3:30 PM.
- CHECK-OUT: is by 11:00 AM
- PETS: Pets are allowed in specific buildings. Please check with our reservation agents .
- All units are non-smoking.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Individual responsible for reservation must be 18 years of age.
